Why a bell for a logo? Because we live in
Bell's Corners.
About the Domain Name
Why "bashd.ca" for a domain name? Its
short and easy to remember. Its an acronym made up of the first names
of the members of my family: Bill, Angela, Sarah,
Heather, Deanna. (The names being listed in the reverse
order of our ages)
A geek might also notice an intentional
pun. The "bourne shell" was the original UNIX shell, named after S.R.
Bourne (no relation at all). Linux uses the GNU "bourne again shell",
named "bash".
